OutStart is an authorized vendor for Specialized Technical Areas (STA) 1 under the GoLearn Indefinite Deliverable Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) program. The GoLearn program is designed to advance the knowledge and development of the federal workforce by providing agencies with on-demand e-learning tools and services, as well as performance support tools such as e-mentoring, e-books and training data management. As a selected GoLearn vendor, OutStart can deliver government and DoD agencies world-class software for creating, managing and delivering learning solutions.
OutStart is also a select vendor of FasTrac, designed to offer the federal government products and services at pre-negotiated discounted prices. As a member of the e-Training Service Provider Consortium, FasTrac is working with the other Service Providers to maximize learning technology interoperability and eliminate the redundant development of advanced learning technologies across the Federal Government. FasTrac is managed through FedSource, operated through the U.S. Department of Treasury.
