Kenexa offers a variety of product training courses to help customers create innovative learning content and to take advantage of product functionality for efficient business results. We provide a full line of roles-based, hands-on, and results-oriented training in the following formats:

Instructor-led workshops at your location or ours. Kenexa provides the most qualified, focused, hands-on training available for our products.
Online learning available for all development products provides an option one or more developers to experience product training at their own pace.
Virtual online training for all development products provides another option for reaching a dispersed developer community by an Kenexa trainer / consultant
Public courses offered on a regularly scheduled basis. Arrangements may also be made for the delivery of these classes on your site.
Advanced topics provided through consulting and mentoring onsite or virtual. If you are new to our products or you wish to advance your skills in certain areas, Kenexa provides training and mentoring for advanced topics which will help to ensure effective and efficient use by you or your organization.
Train-the-Trainer and Developer Certification programs provide your organization additional options for both reaching your developer audience and providing focused training.

Kenexa LCMS Evolution® Module Administration Workshop
This one-day workshop examines the role and responsibilities of the Kenexa LCMS Evolution Module administrator. It provides an exploration of the features and functions within the Evolution Module platform that relate to the management of the content development and delivery environments, multi modal publishing and import / export of content as well as data movement. This course does not teach site administration or technical administration. Course offered as public or at client location.

Kenexa LCMS Evolution® Module Course Development Workshop
This four-day workshop introduces the participant to the Kenexa LCMS Evolution Module Platform for creating effective and interactive learning programs. After first understanding the advantages of using Kenexa LCMS Evolution Module for rapid course development, participants will explore the features and functions of the platform that relate to the role of course developer.

Kenexa LCMS Evolution Module e-Learning
The OutStart LCMS Evolution Module Learning Portal offers subscribers access to educational content related to the Evolution LCMS Platform. The available e-learning courses provide an alternative to the Evolution LCMS instructor-led training workshops for course developers and administrators, as well as periodic access to preview e-learning developed for upcoming product versions.

Kenexa LCMS ForceTen Module Developer 1 Training
This 2-day hands on training course, held at client location, provides an interactive exploration of the features and functions of ForceTen. It is focused on creation of objects and courses within a collaborative environment and introduces participants to the concepts of learning objects, metadata / taxonomy, reusability, page templates and course distribution.

Kenexa LCMS ForceTen Module Developer 2 Training
This 2-day hands-on training course, held at client location, provides continued in-depth exploration of advanced features of ForceTen. It introduces participants to advanced ForceTen objects, assessment templates, branching, 3rd party content and the use of ForceTen APIs for additional content integration. Prerequisite: F10 Developer I Training

Kenexa LCMS ForceTen Module Administrator Training
This 2-day, hands on training course at the client’s location is designed to educate administrators on system setup, managing users, project management and publishing content. It exposes administrators to the creation of workflow, taxonomy setup, reports, workspace creation for users and portal configuration.
