(NASDAQ: FISV), has launched an innovative eLearning system using OutStart Evolution LCMS and OutStart Evolution LMS.  The new eLearning initiative offers an interactive, web-based training environment for XP Systems credit union customers to track employees as they progress through lessons at their own pace and on their own schedule.

XP Systems provides information management solutions to credit unions. As a software provider, it is frequently updating and improving its products making it necessary for continual employee and customer training. The company selected OutStart for its new eLearning endeavor because it needs a comprehensive solution that makes it easy to manage, maintain, create and update courses. Additionally, the OutStart solutions allow them to store knowledge and graphics for easy re-use and create personalized learning experiences.

The new eLearning environment has already demonstrated success. First Community Credit Union has saved a minimum of 8 hours of training time per employee with the new initiative and are reporting more productive and knowledgeable tellers.
