Peter Nicol
Vice President of Europe, Middle East & Africa

Peter Nicol brings more than 15 years of international telecommunications experience to his position as Vice President of Europe, Middle East & Africa for OutStart Inc.. In this role he is responsible for developing and building the EMEA business as well as for driving OutStart's expansion into new markets and to new customers throughout the region.

Prior to joining OutStart Inc., Mr. Nicol was Vice President Europe & Africa, for Concerto Software, a provider of Customer Interactive Management systems for the Contact Centre industry, where he significantly increased revenues and effected a number of successful strategy changes within the region. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of EMEA at NMS Communications for 5 years, where he was responsible for doubling revenue in the region. In addition, he has held management and senior sales positions with Newbridge Networks, CASE Communications and Thorn EMI Datatech.
