Instructions for viewing Recorded Webinars:

• Select the Webinar you wish to view
• A pop-up will appear asking you to install the WebEx Player. Select yes if you wish to view the recording. If the pop-up does not appear click here to:
• Download WebEx Player only (for *.wrf files) for Windows
• Download WebEx Player for Mac OS X
• The WebEx Player will automatically install itself in approximately 45-60 seconds.
• The recording will begin playing automatically. You can adjust the sound, fast forward or rewind the presentation using the WebEx control panel which appears on the bottom right-hand side of your screen

*If you encounter problems please make sure you have access to the internet and your system meets the minimum requirements:

• Microsoft Windows 95, 98, Me (Millennium Edition), XP, 2000, or NT
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape 4.x or a later version
